Cary Heat Pump exists because we watched too many homeowners get oversold, undersized and overcharged by companies that treat HVAC as a volume game. We decided to do one thing, heat pumps, and do it better than anyone in the Triangle.
The story
Why "heat pump" is in our name
North Carolina is heat pump country. Our mild winters and brutal summers are exactly the climate this technology was made for, which is why more than half the homes around Cary already run one. Yet most HVAC outfits treat heat pumps as just another box on the truck, alongside furnaces, boilers and whatever else.
We took the opposite path. Specializing means our technicians see hundreds of the same systems your home runs, in the same Triangle climate, with the same Triangle problems, clogged condensate lines in humid Julys, defrost issues in icy Januarys, heat strips silently devouring kilowatts. Pattern recognition is a superpower, and it's why our diagnoses are fast and our installs don't come back to bite.
We're based on Towerview Court in Cary, and the person who quotes your job is the person responsible for it being right.
